The daily health habit you’ll actually stick with…
This time of year, it’s SO hard to stay in control of your health.
Holiday travel (and meals!), big family gatherings, dark and cold days, it’s easy to skip that workout, sleep in later than you should, or have just one more cookie.
That’s why you need a daily health habit that’s easy to stick with.
Meet AG1: With just one quick scoop every morning, you’ll get over 75 ingredients that help support your immune health, gut health, energy, and close nutrient gaps in your diet.
Right now is the best time to get started - with every new subscription, they are giving away $126 in free gifts for the holidays.
Give AG1 a try today and take control of your health this holiday season.
🧠 Opening Reflection
Most people assume burnout is about doing too much.
But the deeper truth is this.
A lot of what we call “burnout” is actually the exhaustion that comes from betraying ourselves over and over again.
You are not tired because you are weak.
You are tired because you keep overriding your intuition, silencing your inner yes, and saying yes to obligations your spirit never agreed to.
Self-trust is the foundation of aligned living.
And the moment it starts to fracture, everything becomes heavier, even if life looks successful on the outside.
If you’ve been feeling drained, disconnected, or strangely numb, pause and ask yourself:
Am I burned out, or have I stopped trusting myself?
That question alone can shift everything.
This week’s blog spotlight
5 Hidden Symptoms of Self-Trust Issues That Look Like Burnout

In this week’s post, I break down the subtle emotional and energetic signs that masquerade as burnout but are really symptoms of a self-trust rupture.
Inside, I explore:
• Why rest doesn’t fix emotional misalignment
• How high-functioning people miss the signs
• The difference between physical burnout and intuitive disconnection
• Why everything feels heavy even when you’re performing well
• How to rebuild self-trust so your life and business feel like you again
This is one of the most honest, clarifying pieces I’ve written in a while.
Quote worth holding onto:
“You are not burned out. You are being called back to yourself.”

Client Insight of the Week
(Consistency Breakthrough)
I was reflecting with a client this week about “being consistent” , and it brought me back to something I used to shame myself for.
Every time I switched from my paper planner to a digital planner, I’d immediately think:
“Here I go again… I can’t stick with anything.”
But here’s what I’ve learned, and what I shared with my client:
Consistency isn’t about staying loyal to a tool. It’s about staying loyal to yourself.
The system can change, the method can change, the structure can change, and that’s not inconsistency.
That’s alignment.
Switching planners wasn’t failure. It wasn’t flakiness.
It was me choosing what best supported the season I was in.
High achievers confuse consistency with rigidity.
But real consistency is simply this:
Repeating alignment, not repeating a method.
This shift changed the way my client saw themselves, and honestly, it changed how I see myself too.

😅 Real Talk
😅 What’s Challenging Me Lately
Between building my course, reviving my newsletter list, prepping for the holidays, seeing clients, cleaning my house, and pretending I sleep eight hours a night… I’m basically spinning plates on a unicycle.
Alignment is the goal.
Survival is the vibe.

The 60-Second Alignment Audit
Use this before you start your day:
What matters most today?
Where am I acting from, pressure or purpose?
What would my aligned self do next?
Screenshot it. Save it. Use it.

💼 Business & Leadership Insight of the Week
High achievers frequently confuse accomplishment with alignment.
Just because you’re moving… doesn’t mean you’re moving toward yourself.
This week’s reframe:
“Is this action aligned with my purpose, or is it just protecting my productivity identity?”
Leaders grow when their identity grows, not when their task list does.

🎓 Inside My Course: The Inner Advantage
Module 5: Translating Alignment Into Professional Success
This week inside The Inner Advantage, we’re deep in Translating Alignment Into Professional Success, the turning-point module where inner clarity becomes outer action.
This is where people shift from:
“I know what I want,”
to
“I’m finally living it.”
Because here’s the truth:
Your purpose can’t shape your career or business if outdated identities, habits, or decision-making patterns are still running the show.
Module 5 teaches you how to:
make aligned business and career decisions
filter out distractions and ego-driven choices
recognize opportunities that match your purpose
build a professional decision framework you can trust
lead yourself with clarity, not chaos
If you're craving a life and career that feel aligned from the inside out, not held together by pressure or performance, this is where that transformation starts.

Hey there,
Welcome to The Alignment Audit, where we talk psychology, purpose, and what success looks like when it’s actually aligned. Insight, honesty, and a little humor from the real, messy middle.
Let’s dive in.
